Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) which is performed with ergonomic instruments and apply controlled pressure to detect and treat soft tissue fibrosis, chronic inflammation, or degeneration. BreakingThrough utilizes stainless steel Gua Sha Scraping and Cupping to mobilize the tissue passive or actively. Cupping allows less physical contact between the patient and the Physical Therapist and the cups are applied with a vacuum, not fire. The ultimate goal of this technique is to have the patients move in functional and dynamic patterns. 

BreakingThrough also utilizes the Kraft Gun. This is a soft tissue mobilizer handheld machine that works at high intensities in shorter periods of time.
